  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases.

  • Timeframe: All claims for defective or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. What Qualifies as Defective?

An item is considered defective if:

  • It arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged.

  • It does not function or operate as intended out of the box due to a manufacturing fault.

  • You received an item that differs from what was ordered.

3. How to File a Claim

To initiate a return for a defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at service@empirelockandsafe.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a description of the defect, and clear photo or video evidenceshowing the damage or issue.

  3. Review & Approval: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product or receive a replacement.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Resolution Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A free replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).

  • A full refund back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Empire Lock and Safe will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
